A message from Gwen.. I have been studying essential oils for more than 20 years both for my own use and as a massage therapist in my practice. I have come to understand the use of the oils as both a science and an art. Each oil has its own characteristics affects on the body and on the mind and emotions. Each person for whom I blend an oil has their own relationship to scents that is entwined with their past, their experiences and their own tastes and sense of enjoyment.
